Broadcom made its biggest and boldest move to diversify its business on Thursday as the company offered $61 billion (roughly Rs. 4,73,639 crore) offer to buy VMware. This is company’s most ambitious attempt deal since its effort to buy Qualcomm for $103 billion failed in 2018.
