SBI Resolves Technical Glitch Impacting Online Banking Services for 'Few Hours', Issues Statement

State Bank of India (SBI) admitted to a "technical glitch" on Monday that impacted its online banking services for a few hours. SBI customers complained of inability to access the bank's Yono banking app and also undertake any banking transactions online, while some were unable to access the bank's services since late last week.
